Automated handling of uroflowmetry results in the diagnosis of lower urinary tract urodynamics disorders
SUMMARY
Qualitative and quantitative computer analysis of uroflougram, obtained by "Flow-K" uroflowmeter, was performed, for 64 patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and 20 volunteers without any urologic pathology. Mathematical analysis of uroflowmetry results using the fuzzification allowed to separate with a probability of 75% the individual groups: the "norm", "pathology", "more research is needed", and six basic types of curves that characterize the state of the lower urinary tract. Automated uroflowmetry data processing allows to optimize screening studies.
